Episode #8
YOU'RE DEAD/THE DEAL
Air date: November 1997
30 min.

Here's another episode that had work from another filmmaker. Good friend, ICON member, and Creeping Death featured player Luis Matos supplied the short for this episode. It was something he shot for his video production class the year before and he called it You're Dead. His homage to the classic video films of the 70's and 80's. In the short film, a group of flesh eating zombies attacking a college campus. We also included a bonus short from Matos titled The Deal, which is about a drug deal gone bad. For the open and close of the episode, we continued are bit from last episode with the feud between The Red Freak and D.O.A. For this season we put more emphasis on The Red Freak and the other cast of characters in his life by creating a storyline where D.O.A. is jealous of The Freak and wants to put an end to him and make Creeping Death his own. (Again I was very much influencedby wrestling.) In this one The Red Freak is interviewed and is asked the question what he's going to do about D.O.A., when suddenly he is attacked by D.O.A. himself and he declares Creeping Death his show now. In the close we cut to The Freak, know as just Vinnie LaRusso who calls out D.O.A. again. But this time Vinnie has back up. In his long time friend Simon Lynx. This when Lynx makes his debut as part of the Creeping Death crew. Pretty cool stuff in this episode. Also we made a Best of The Freak Show: LIVE with The Red Freak Part 1 to show at the very end of the episode.
